Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our rules for keeping our game servers blazing fast, secure, and free from malicious activity. We run high-performance AMD EPYC nodes for gamers — not for botnets, crypto-miners, adult media hosts, or network abusers.

AUP Summary
Section 01

Purpose & Applicability

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the acceptable standards of conduct for all users of game server hosting, daemon containers, network transit, virtual private servers, and control panels provided by Scooperdive Ltd.

This policy applies universally to all account owners, server administrators, sub-users, and any computational operations, socket connections, or data traffic passing through or originating from our infrastructure. Violation of this AUP constitutes an immediate, material breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Section 02

Zero-Tolerance Malicious Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Scooperdive infrastructure. Engaging in any of these actions will trigger instantaneous termination of all services without refund and immediate reporting to law enforcement:

Section 03

Adult Web Media Prohibition & In-Game Modding Policy

Scooperdive maintains an unequivocal distinction between private in-game modifications on game servers and public web hosting of pornographic media.

For complete operational rules and boundaries, view our dedicated Adult Content & Media Policy. Offending web hosting or media distribution instances are terminated immediately with all prepaid fees and store credits 100% forfeited.

Section 04

Cryptocurrency Mining Prohibitions

Scooperdive provides computing infrastructure optimized exclusively for low-latency game servers. Running cryptocurrency mining software (including, but not limited to, Monero/XMRig, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ravencoin, or proof-of-work algorithms) on any shared or game hosting compute node is strictly prohibited.

Automated kernel monitors actively flag sustained continuous non-gaming mathematical workloads. Any instance detected running crypto-mining tools will be terminated immediately with all data forfeited.

Section 05

Copyright, Piracy & DMCA Compliance

You must respect the intellectual property rights of creators, software vendors, and game studios. You are strictly prohibited from storing, sharing, or executing:

  • Pirated or cracked game binaries (e.g. cracked Minecraft launchers, illegitimate FiveM assets, bypassed Steam emulators).
  • Copyrighted music files, movie streams, or commercial media distributed without a valid license.
  • Leaked proprietary scripts, leaked paid FiveM scripts, or stolen custom plugins.

We process copyright claims in accordance with our DMCA & Copyright Policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.

Section 06

Game Developer EULA Compliance

As a game server administrator, you must adhere to the commercial and operational policies of the games you host:

  • Minecraft Commercial Usage: Your server monetization must abide by Mojang's Commercial Usage Guidelines. Selling game-breaking unfair player advantages (Pay-to-Win items) that violate Mojang terms is prohibited.
  • FiveM / Cfx.re: FiveM servers must comply with Cfx.re and Rockstar Games policies regarding real-world trademark usage (no real car manufacturer badges without license) and unapproved commercial transactions.
Section 07

Hardware Fair Use & Node Protection

Our infrastructure utilizes cutting-edge AMD EPYC 9645 processors. To ensure that all users on a physical node receive smooth, unjittered performance, you agree not to engage in “noisy neighbor” abuse:

  • Deliberate Node Crash Loops: Writing or executing intentional infinite loops, recursive fork-bombs, or unconstrained memory leak scripts designed to exhaust node resources.
  • Excessive Disk I/O Throttling: Running uncompressed continuous disk write scripts that threaten NVMe lifespan or bottleneck storage buses for neighboring tenants.
  • Unmanaged Broken Modpacks: If a corrupted modpack causes catastrophic continuous CPU pinning (100% across all cores for hours with zero player activity), our automated watchdog may temporarily throttle the container to prevent thermal throttling on the node, and our support team will notify you to help debug the crash logs.
Section 08

Network & Bandwidth Integrity

All Scooperdive servers benefit from generous unmetered network transit and enterprise DDoS mitigation. You agree not to abuse this network capacity:

  • No hosting of open public proxies, TOR exit nodes, or commercial VPN exit nodes.
  • No continuous saturated stream flooding designed to consume multi-gigabit uplinks for non-game purposes.
  • DDoS mitigation is provided for defense; deliberately attracting massive volumetric attacks to test mitigation thresholds is prohibited.
Section 09

Enforcement & Legal Reporting

Scooperdive reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. Depending on the severity of the infraction, we may take the following actions:

  1. Warning & Technical Throttling: For minor unintentional issues (e.g. misconfigured backup loops or broken mods).
  2. Immediate Service Suspension: For unresolved abuse complaints, payment disputes, or excessive network anomalies.
  3. Immediate Termination & Blacklisting: For deliberate malicious activity, DoS attacks, mining, unauthorized adult web media hosting, CSAM, or malware. All files are wiped immediately, and all fees paid are permanently forfeited.
  4. Law Enforcement Referral: In cases involving criminal activity, we preserve system logs and actively cooperate with the UK National Crime Agency, Europol, and local police forces.
Section 10

Reporting Abuse

If you discover or suspect that any server or IP address hosted on Scooperdive infrastructure is engaging in activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please file an urgent report:
