Section 01

Purpose & Core Distinction

This Adult Web Media & Game Modding Policy (“Policy”) is an official component of our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Scooperdive Ltd is a high-performance hosting provider engineered specifically for gamers, game communities, and multiplayer gaming infrastructure. We recognize that modern sandbox, survival, and roleplay games (such as Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto V / FiveM, Rust, ARK: Survival Evolved, and Palworld) possess vast modding ecosystems that frequently feature adult themes, mature roleplay, erotic scripts, and NSFW content.

To provide clarity to server administrators while safeguarding our IP reputation and datacenter transit lines, this Policy establishes an explicit operational boundary:

Section 02

Prohibited Public Adult Web Media (Websites, Videos & Photos)

Scooperdive web hosting, HTTP/HTTPS reverse proxies, cloud instances, and storage volumes may never be operated as an adult media host, adult entertainment portal, or adult content distribution network (CDN). You are strictly prohibited from hosting, streaming, or distributing:

Section 03

Permitted Game Server Modifications (Minecraft, FiveM, Rust & More)

Scooperdive does not monitor, inspect, or police private multiplayer gameplay, roleplay interactions, or game client/server modifications. As long as all participants are consenting individuals of legal age and content does not cross criminal statutory boundaries (such as CSAM), game server operators are fully permitted to install and execute adult-themed mods.

Section 04

Discord Bots, Web Scrapers & Daemons

Customers utilizing Scooperdive computing instances to run Node.js, Python, Golang, or Java background bots (such as Discord, Telegram, or Matrix bots) are prohibited from operating daemons that bridge adult web media into public channels:

  • Bots with commands designed to query, scrape, fetch, and display adult web pornography, hentai, or NSFW photo galleries from web APIs or imageboards (e.g. !nsfw, !hentai, !rule34 scrapers).
  • Daemons that scrape, mirror, or cache adult subreddits, adult imageboards, or adult web galleries onto server storage or NVMe drives.
  • Automated AI image generation bots hosted on Scooperdive instances configured to mass-produce sexually explicit photo-realistic imagery.
Section 05

Non-Consensual Imagery & AI Deepfakes

Scooperdive maintains zero tolerance across all services (game servers, web hosting, and storage) for sexually explicit material created or distributed without the explicit consent of the subject:

  • Non-Consensual Sexual Content: Storing, distributing, or linking to “revenge porn”, hacked private media, or covertly recorded intimate photographs or videos.
  • Synthetic & Deepfake Pornography: Running algorithms, scripts, or hosting synthetic media that depicts any real person in a sexually explicit manner using artificial intelligence, deepfake face-swapping, or synthetic voice cloning.

Under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, the creation or sharing of non-consensual sexual imagery is a serious criminal offense. All instances will be referred immediately to law enforcement authorities.

Section 06

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM / CSAE)

This prohibition applies universally: no game mod, custom texture, 3D model, pixel art schematic, web file, or database record depicting or simulating child sexual exploitation is permitted under any circumstance.

If any customer, container, or server volume is found to contain, transmit, or facilitate access to CSAM or CSAE:

  1. The server instance, billing account, and network ports are locked down instantly and isolated from the public network.
  2. All server disk volumes, system memory images, customer IP logs, and billing details are forensically preserved.
  3. An immediate formal report is filed with the UK National Crime Agency (NCA), the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP), and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), as well as the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement bodies.
  4. The customer is permanently banned with zero possibility of appeal.
Section 07

Investigation, Audit & Inspection Rights

Scooperdive Ltd respects customer privacy and does not actively surveil private game worlds or game server logs. However, where a verified abuse complaint, upstream datacenter notice, or automated security alert indicates a potential violation of our public adult web hosting ban or statutory child protection laws:

Scooperdive systems engineers reserve the contractual right to inspect server container configurations, running web processes, HTTP bindings, and storage directories to confirm compliance with this Policy.

Section 08

Severe Penalties & Total Forfeiture

Any customer found operating unauthorized adult web hosting, adult tube sites, public erotic galleries, CSAM, or non-consensual media is subject to immediate, uncompromising contractual penalties:

Section 09

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a public website, adult streaming service, or bot hosted on Scooperdive Ltd IP addresses that violates this Adult Web Media Policy, please submit an urgent report to our abuse team:
